is the latest project in the Acomo household, which comes from a passion for aromatic and medicinal herbs, their uses and properties.
After a long study that is still going on today, we are happy to present this new project: theThe Garden of Fragrances, in which there are about 20 medicinal herbs and flowers (Artemisia, echinacea, rosemary, thyme, oregano, marjoram, chamomile, wild fennel, hyssop, mint, lemon balm, sage, lemon thyme, calendula, mallow, flax, chives, cornflower, lavender).
The uses/products: bath salts and scrubs with Epsom salt, flavored salts for vegetables and meats, jams (apples and mint, a real treat!), herbal teas, of course they are also used as ingredients in cooking!
We present our herd/animals (depends on the photo) that grow/ thrive on fresh grass and hay and give us healthy, tasty and natural meats. No hormones, no antibiotics, no preservatives, no pesticides.
A great little reality capable of transforming grass into noble proteins for those who want healthy and tasty meat on their table. Simple and at the same time ancient, therefore as modern as our great-grandparents were. Try it to believe it!
Jams are the amarcord of our grandmothers’ culture, who used the fruits of their harvest to fill their pantries and “dust off the jars” for a tasteful pampering.
Our productions include black fig jams, blueberry jams, raspberry jams (small red fruits we pick in the park), apple and mint jams, citron squash jams (great with cheeses!), real delicacies in super limited production!
